Over the course of the last several months we have lifted some of our COVID-19 restrications.  We encourage you to read the following information and contact our office if you have any additional questions or concerns.  Your health and safety continue to be our #1 concern.  Please know that we will remain vigilant to protect you, our patients and our team members. 

In preparation for your visit, we ask that you read the pre-appointment screening questions and instructions prior to your appointment.

Screening questions:

Do you or have you had a fever in the past 14 days?
Do you have a cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing?
Do you have any other flu-like symptoms, such as gastrointestinal upset, headache or fatigue?
Have you experienced recent loss of taste or smell?
Have you tested positive or are you awaiting test results for COVID-19, within the last 14 days?
Have you been in contact with someone who has tested positive or suspected they were positive for COVID-19 in the last two weeks?

If you answered yes to any of the above screening questions, we ask that you call our office to reschedule your appointment to a later date. 

Appointment Instructions:

  • Our waiting room is open to the public at this time. If you prefer to wait in your car, please call 605.362.9114 to let us know you have arrived.  We will call you back when we are ready for you.  
  • Masks are not mandatory at this time but we do encourage masks for the unvaccinated.
