In response to the COVID – 19 virus we have changed the way we see patients.  Over the last few months our office has been investing in and implementing safety measures and technology to make your visit safe and comfortable.  You will notice a few differences when you visit but the excellent care you receive will be the same as always.  Each of our operatories and our front desk areas are equipped with air purification systems.  Because our work inherently produces water sprays and aerosols, we will be implementing high evacuation suction units.  Our team members will be utilizing the necessary PPE, which include face masks, face shields and gowns among other things.  Our front desk areas are outfitted with plexiglass shields.  Your health and safety are our #1 concern.  Please know that we will remain vigilant to protect you, our patients and our team members.

In preparation for your visit, we ask that you read the pre-appointment screening questions and instructions prior to your appointment.

Screening questions:

Do you or have you had a fever in the past 14 days?
Do you have a cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing?
Do you have any other flu-like symptoms, such as gastrointestinal upset, headache or fatigue?
Have you experienced recent loss of taste or smell?
Have you tested positive or are you awaiting test results for COVID-19, within the last 14 days?
Have you been in contact with someone who has tested positive or suspected they were positive for COVID-19 in the last two weeks?

Appointment Instructions:

  • When you arrive for your appointment, please park and remain in your car.  Call our office number at 362-9114 to check in.
  • You must have a mask to enter our office.  If you do not have a mask available, we will provide you with one.
  • We ask that patients come alone to their appointment.  The exceptions are a parent/guardian accompanying a child or a person providing physical support.  We ask that no other family members enter our office as our waiting area is closed.
  • When we are ready for you, we will call you and ask that you enter the building with your mask on and use the hand sanitizer provided in the vestibule.  You can then enter the office and our staff will meet you for a temperature screening.
  • If you need to brush or floss prior to appointment, we ask that you do so at home prior to your visit as the bathrooms will be used only as needed.
  • Your assistant or hygienist will then escort you back to your treatment room.

Please know that these questions and instructions are meant to keep everyone safe and are necessary to provide a healthy environment for us to work in. Thank you for your understanding!
